I moved into a home where the seller cleared a moldy basement with bleach. There was no sign of mold during the showing or the inspection. A few months after moving in, it all grew back. The bleach just killed the mold on the surface but not the spores in the wood. Long story short - Four Corners saved my basement at a very reasonable price.
